SMS communication allows vendors to:
Receive WOs via SMS.
Accept/reject and update the WO status using smart links.
This is perfect for mobile or on-the-go vendors.
To configure:
Select the «SMS» checkbox.
Click «Configure Selected Options».
Add destination phone numbers.
Click «Add», then «Save Configuration».
A confirmation will appear in the top-right corner.
